Unobstructed Downtown NYC Views from the Mondrian Hotel

Summer is one of the best seasons to be in the city. You can walk outside in the pitch black of night, and the air is still 80 degrees and warm. This summer, I spent a little bit (or a lot) of time above the streets of Manhattan. The Mondrian Hotel rooftop is one of my favorite places to visit because it has one of the most spectacular views in the city. I’m not sure how many floors up the rooftop is (at least 20, for sure!) but it sure does tower over all the surrounding buildings. To the north, you have a fantastic view of the Empire State building, while to the south, the Freedom Tower looks close enough to touch!
